Tervetuloa Sekava ry:n sääntömääräiseen kevätkokoukseen! Kokous järjestetään 9.4.2026. keskustakampuksella tilassa Linna K110. Kokous alkaa klo 18:00. Kevätkokouksessa käsitellään muun muassa toimintavuoden 2025 tilinpäätös ja toimintakertomus.

Sekava ry:n varsinaisella jäsenellä on kokouksessa läsnäolo-, puhe- sekä äänioikeus. Kannatusjäsenillä ei ole äänioikeutta. Jäsenyys tarkastetaan paikan päällä ja läsnäolijoista kerätään lista julkiseen pöytäkirjaan. Kokouksen esityslista ja liitteet ovat lähetetty meidän jäsenille sähköpostilla lähetetyn kutsun liitteistä.

Welcome to Sekava’s Spring General Meeting! The Spring General Meeting will be held on Thursday 9.4.2026 at 18:00, in classroom K110, in Linna at the city centre campus. The language of the meeting is Finnish. At the meeting we will be discussing e.g. financial statements and annual report from the fiscal year 2025.

Full members of Sekava have the right to be present, speak, and vote in the meeting. Supporting members don’t have right to vote. A list of participants will be collected and released in the minutes of the meeting. The attachments, such as the meeting’s agenda and other related documents (in Finnish), are attached to the email invite sent to all of our members.
